Squat

Weight Training

 

Power-lifting, Olympic lifting, and various ever-changing anaerobic movements to build muscle. Weight lifting burns fat as well as building strength and muscle tonality.

ENDURANCE

 

Metabolic Conditioning- We incorporate cardio drills, interval training, running and rowing, as well as tire flips, sledgehammers, and lots of other fun ways to keep your body guessing.

OLD SCHOOL TRAINING

 

Time-tested training methods such as kettle bells and medicine balls are staples in our programming regimen.

SPEED AND FLEXIBILITY

 

From sprints to sled drags, mobility training and athletic stretching regimes, We take the basics and elevate them to advanced levels.

We provide group fitness and personal training for all ages and levels of athleticism. This is achieved through high intensity interval training with a subset of strength/barbell work.
Our Difference

We are the only gym to offer a membership giving program. 10% of the monthly dues are donated to a rotating charity or ministry partner. We are also the only gym to offer a dedicated, fully staffed childcare area.
